What to write about

• Methodology corrections. If you believe a formula, constant, or source citation is wrong, we want to know. Cite the discrepancy and the correct source and we'll investigate and fix it.
• Tool suggestions. If there's a lawn-care calculation you find yourself doing by hand that a well-sourced tool could handle, tell us.
• General questions. Questions about how a tool works, what a result means, or how to apply an output to your specific situation.

Response time

We don't publish a response-time SLA because we won't always meet a stated window. What we can say honestly: we read everything, and methodology corrections get prioritized.
